Senior Private Jet Broker

A Charter / Aircraft Sales Company based in Dubai is seeking a high-performing Senior Private Jet Broker with a proven ability to generate revenue, build a pipeline, and close deals consistently for a remote role.

Responsibilities

• Consistently generate new business through outbound sales, networking, and referrals
• Build and manage a strong, active sales pipeline at all times
• Close high-value charter deals across VIP, corporate, cargo, and medevac segments
• Deliver monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Maintain a high conversion ratio from enquiry to confirmed booking
• Operate with urgency, speed of response and deal turnaround is critical
• Proactively source and secure HNWIs, corporates, family offices, and government clients
• Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → quoting → negotiation → closing → repeat business
• Negotiate directly with aircraft operators to secure the best pricing and availability
• Position the company as a trusted, go-to brokerage partner
• Drive repeat business through relationship management and client retention strategies
• Maintain real-time awareness of market pricing, aircraft availability, and global charter trends
• Represent the company in high-level client meetings and industry environments

Minimum Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years in private jet brokerage / charter sales
• Demonstrated history of closing high-value deals independently
• Strong existing client book and operator network
• Deep understanding of aircraft types, charter pricing, and global routing
• Exceptional sales, negotiation, and closing skills
• Ability to operate in a high-pressure, target-driven environment
• Self-starter with a hunter mentality (not reliant on inbound leads)
