Junior Quality Control Inspector

Excellent opportunity for a young and passionate Aircraft Technician wanting to pursue a career in Quality Inspection. This is a permanent position based in Johannesburg South.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform visual / dimensional inspections of incoming parts and materials
• Monitor operations to ensure that they meet production standards
• Perform non-destructive tests
• Read 2D drawings
• Measure products with rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers
• Accept or reject finished items
• Remove all products and materials that fail to meet specifications
• Discuss inspection results with those responsible for products
• Complete inspection reports

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric / High School Certificate minimum requirement
• Attention to detail imperative
• Candidate must be computer literate
• Must have an understanding on how to utilise a database
• Experience as a Quality Control Inspector would be advantageous
