Zil Air is a small company with a big heart! Our team consists of over 80 team members and 7 departments in total from Flight Operations, Reservations, Finance, IT and the Technical and Engineering team to name a few.
Our work force is made up of both Seychellois and expatriates, bringing together over 5 nationalities under one hangar! Functioning in such a diverse work space we value respect, team work and honesty.
Zil Air believes strongly in investing in it’s people and as such, numerous training plans are laid out across the various departments with the aim of better equipping members with knowledge pertaining to their role, up-skilling staff and also keeping the entire company abreast of all things safety relating to the field of aviation.
