Computer-Based Training Developer

A company based in Johannesburg has a vacant position of an Computer-Based Training Developer. The Computer-Based Training Developer designs, develops, manages and enhances e-learning courses and materials that align with organisational standards, industry best practices and stakeholder expectations. The role requires efficient project management, technical support, training and continuous evaluation to ensure the delivery of high-quality and innovative e-learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design of online material, interactive multimedia and web products for e-learning
• Internal processes: project management of e-learning activities
• Customers: technical support and training
• Evaluation and quality monitoring
• Analysing course content and structure
• Designing and developing online material
• Multi-media enhancements
• Delivering the end product
• Maintaining and enhancing existing courses

Minimum Requirements

• A bachelor degree in instructional design, educational technology, multimedia design, or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience in e-learning development, instructional design, multimedia or related fields
• Valid driver’s license
• Extensive experience in working with Learning Management Systems
