A company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator.

Duties

  • Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders
  • Making travel arrangements
  • Manage internal and external correspondence
  • Typing, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations
  • Answer and direct telephone calls to correct person
  • General administrative functions

Minimum Requirements

  • Must have previous experience as a PA or Office Administrator
  • Excellent administration skills and the ability to work independently
  • Computer literate – MS Office; Excel, Power Point
  • Driver’s license and own transport
  • Proficient in both English and Afrikaans – any other languages will be an advantage
  • Excellent telephonic communication skills
  • Self-discipline and good time management
  • Extremely self-motivated
  • The ability to interact with all clients from the aircraft enthusiast to the CEO
  • Must be presentable at all times
