Personal Assistant / Office Administrator
A company based in Rosebank, Johannesburg is currently recruiting for a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator.
Duties
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders
- Making travel arrangements
- Manage internal and external correspondence
- Typing, formatting and editing reports, documents and presentations
- Answer and direct telephone calls to correct person
- General administrative functions
Minimum Requirements
- Must have previous experience as a PA or Office Administrator
- Excellent administration skills and the ability to work independently
- Computer literate – MS Office; Excel, Power Point
- Driver’s license and own transport
- Proficient in both English and Afrikaans – any other languages will be an advantage
- Excellent telephonic communication skills
- Self-discipline and good time management
- Extremely self-motivated
- The ability to interact with all clients from the aircraft enthusiast to the CEO
- Must be presentable at all times
