Personal Assistant / Office Administrator

An aircraft operator based at Wonderboom Airport in Pretoria is looking for a Personal Assistant / Office Administrator.

Duties

  • General office administration
  • Booking accommodation across the continent for clients and staff
  • Arranging transport for clients
  • Filing flight plans and tracking aircraft

Minimum Requirements

  • At least 2 years work experience in a personal assistant or administrator role
  • Aviation experience will be an advantage but is not required. Training will be provided
  • Reliable work ethic

Benefits

  • Basic gross salary of R15 000 to R25 000 per month depending on experience and qualifications
